Handful of Dirt (sequel series to Ruins) and Other News

Despite a pandemic, a move, and a hip replacement, my newest book, Handful of Dirt, is finally available in ebook and print formats. Currently, there is a minor glitch on the cover of the print version so either be patient until that can be corrected or suffer the glaring typo (LOL). Or just order the print version.

Handful of Dirt has characters from my Ruins series but is written in a different genre–paranormal, murder mystery. It also represents a move to a new publisher, Per Bastet Publishing, after Museitup Publishing closed its doors in the summer. Per Bastet will be picking up my back catalog and will be re-releasing my books one at a time over the coming months. I’m also awaiting a multi-book contract from another publisher for a time warp series. In addition, I have written the first book in a paranormal cozy series and am plodding away on the second book.

Handful of Dirt Cover Fixed Immediately

All issues with the cover of Handful of Dirt were fixed immediately after I posted about its release. You can get digital versions (Kindle) or paperback copies on Amazon.

Since we are opening up a bit in our battle with COVID, I should be out and about later in the year to do conventions and signings. I can’t wait.

Book 3 of Time Warp Series Submitted

I submitted book 3 of my time warp series to Seventh Star Press. I signed a four-book contract with them. They already have Nabaril Immersion and Nabaril Acculturation, and now have Nabaril Integration. Book 4 will take a bit to strategize, research, plot, and write. It will be out late next year.

I should be starting edits for Nabaril Immersion very soon. I’ll keep you posted.

Long-Awaited Ruins Legacy Out in Digital Format

It took me half a decade to get this one finished but the story kept evolving.  Sometimes you just can’t let your characters take over, but, in this case, they crafted a better book than the one I intended.

Kate Ferguson’s life is crumbling around her as she is shoved out of her ten-year-old son’s life as he prepares for his testing to be the next shaman. Relegated to babysitting a pregnant woman she doesn’t even know in an unfamiliar place, she is bombarded by her son’s growing abilities and her own, dark secrets, strange revelations, spiritual trials, and an intriguing female ranch hand who challenges everything she knows.
